Manufactured by Airsal, this cylinder is made of Nikasil-plated aluminium. It has 2 transfer ports, which gave it its name T2, and a simple oval exhaust port. Piston diameter is 47mm, it has 2 piston rings and translates to 74cc. Categorized 'Sport', it is intended for everyday use and is to be used with the original cylinder head.
In terms of performance, the Airsal 70cc Cylinder Kit 'T2 Sport' (d=47mm) MBK AV88 / AV7 (square style) is very powerful and has a lot of torque, especially in the mid rpm range. This is an easy upgrade when paired with a  "2-peice hooker pipe" and a 15mm carb. To get the most out of this kit, we recommend running it with a sports exhaust, a 17.5mm carburetor (at least) and a reinforced crankshaft.
The Airsal 70cc Cylinder Kit 'T2 Sport' MBK AV88 / AV7 square is not street-legal.
 
Note: You may have to stack base gaskets for ports to fully line up. Alternatively, you can use a spacer.
